Privacy

We collect as little as we can. Audience measurement and advertising tools only run if you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Who is responsible

The contact form

When you send the form, the details you type (name, company, email, website, project description and the options you pick) are emailed to vinh@visualy.studio. They are not saved in a database on this site. We use them only to answer your enquiry (legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract), and keep the email exchange for as long as needed to follow up on your project.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.). To tell people from bots, Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser and your IP address when the form is shown and sent. It does not use them for advertising and sets no tracking cookies. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.

Cookies and measurement (only with your consent)

If you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, two tools are loaded:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) measures how the site is used: pages viewed, time spent, device type, approximate location. Cookies: _ga and _ga_*, kept up to 13 months.
• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) measures the results of our ads on Facebook and Instagram and lets us reach people who visited the site. Cookie: _fbp, kept up to 3 months.

A sent contact form is recorded as a conversion in both tools, without its content. If you click “Decline”, neither tool is loaded and no cookie is set. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage) for 13 months if you accept and 6 months if you decline; we then ask again. Withdrawing consent deletes these cookies. Legal basis: your consent.

Google and Meta may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, and rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Server logs

Like any website, our host (Hostinger) may keep technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period. We don’t use them to identify or profile visitors.

Embedded fonts

Fonts are served from our own server: no request is made to a third-party font provider.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its processing or to withdraw your consent, by writing to vinh@visualy.studio. You can also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee) or your local authority.
